Customer Service Associate

Performed the day-to-day operations of the Mega warehouse including receipt quality, Binning and Dispatch procedures, activities and inventory management.

1. Receiving Process:

Supervise the unloading of incoming materials. Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments by checking quantities and quality against

purchase orders.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of all receiving documentation.

Coordinate with Air India procurement and other departments to resolve discrepancies in orders.

2. Binning Process:

Oversee the organization and storage of materials in designated areas (bins, shelves, etc.).

Ensure materials are labelled and stored in an orderly manner.

Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.

Implement and maintain effective space utilization within the warehouse.

3. Dispatch Process:

Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatch of outgoing materials.

Ensure orders are accurately and efficiently processed and meet customer requirements.

Coordinate with logistics to arrange transportation for dispatch.

Maintain dispatch documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor and manage dispatch schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Reported to operation manager and ensure to complete all operation tasks daily which is given by them.
