Customer Service Associate

Locations: Multiple locations throughout Bergen County, NJ

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Associates to join our team at several Bergen County locations. We're looking to bring on 2 people immediately, with plans to hire 3–4 additional associates over the next 6 months. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while also being comfortable with hands-on warehouse and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with product selections
• Maintain accurate inventory through receiving, organizing, and reconciling stock
• Restock shelves and keep products displayed neatly and attractively
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including checking in merchandise
• Lift and move heavy boxes as part of warehouse duties
• Keep storage areas and the sales floor clean and organized
• Use Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace for basic reporting, communication, and inventory tracking
• Collaborate with team members to meet stocking and customer service goals
• Communicate with management regarding inventory needs and customer feedback

Qualifications

• Previous inventory or warehousing experience preferred
• Comfortable lifting heavy boxes and performing physical warehouse tasks
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
