Customer Service Associate

American Q Logistics is a growing logistics company focused on connecting qualified trucking carriers with dedicated freight opportunities. We are looking for a reliable, confident communicator to help us build and maintain relationships with trucking carriers throughout the U.S.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be contacting trucking carriers, verifying their qualifications, and following up with carriers who have expressed interest.

• Make outbound calls to trucking companies and owner-operators.
• Speak with dispatchers, fleet managers, owners, and safety/operations personnel.
• Introduce American Q Logistics and explain available opportunities.
• Verify basic carrier qualifications, equipment types, operating areas, and availability.
• Ask qualification questions using established scripts and procedures.
• Identify carriers that meet specific equipment and lane requirements.
• Follow up with interested carriers by phone, email, and text when appropriate.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with carriers until they complete the qualification process.

Email & Lead Follow-Up

• Respond to carrier inquiries and questions by email.
• Follow up on previously sent emails and applications.
• Send qualification information and next steps to interested carriers.
• Keep track of outstanding responses and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized records of carrier communications.

Administrative Support

• Enter and update carrier information in our CRM/database.
• Document calls, conversations, qualifications, and follow-up dates.
• Maintain accurate carrier records and status updates.
• Provide basic weekly activity reports.
• Assist with additional outreach tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with U.S.-based trucking professionals.
• Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence.
• Strong follow-up skills—you don't give up after one unanswered email or call.
• Able to ask questions, listen carefully, and accurately record information.
• Comfortable working from a script while maintaining a natural conversation.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM/database systems, and basic computer applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in logistics, trucking, dispatching, freight brokerage, carrier sales, or transportation is a plus.

Important

This position is phone/email heavy. While there will be some data entry and administrative work, the primary focus will be:

Calling carriers → Verifying qualifications → Following up → Moving qualified carriers through the process

Training, scripts, qualification questions, and procedures will be provided.

Pay: Php188.15 - Php313.58 per hour
