About Us

Sunshine Herbs Health Store is a locally owned health and supplement shop in Saginaw, Texas. We help our community find vitamins, herbs, and natural wellness products that fit their goals, and we pride ourselves on friendly, knowledgeable service.

The Role

We’re looking for a warm, reliable Customer Service Representative who genuinely cares about health and wellness. You’ll be the friendly face customers see when they walk in, helping them find products, answering questions, and making every visit a great experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers, helping them find the right products for their needs
• Learn our product lines and share product information accurately and responsibly
• Run the register, process payments, and handle returns
• Open and close the store independently, including handling a store key
• Restock shelves, check in deliveries, and keep the store clean and organized
• Take special orders and follow up with customers
• Support team members and pitch in wherever needed

What We’re Looking For

• A background in health, nutrition, fitness, or wellness, or a strong personal interest in these areas
• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Friendly, patient, and a great listener
• Dependable and comfortable working solo shifts, including opening and closing
• Flexible availability, including some weekends
• Eager to learn about supplements and herbal products

Bonus Points For

• Nutrition, dietetics, personal training, or health coaching experience or certifications
• Experience in a health food store, pharmacy, or supplement retailer
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
