What they need
Position: Customer Support Associate
Need to provide support to customers via Calls and Emails. Qualification: Graduates or undergraduates.
Should have good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Should have basic knowledge of customer support.
Fixed Day shift
5 days working and 2 days Rotational week off.
Experience: Min. 0 months to 2 years.
Salary :
For Freshers: 18800 in-hand salary (no take-home)
For Experienced: 3.28 LPA CTC & 22000 in hand/month
