Duties

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction is positive and solutions-oriented
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently and courteously
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM systems using strong computer skills
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions when applicable
• Collaborate with team members to improve client services, share insights, and enhance overall customer experience

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively
• Previous call center experience or customer support roles is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with data entry, client communication, and technical proficiency with computer systems
• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a friendly demeanor during outbound calling or client interactions
• Ability to solve customer service problems quickly while maintaining professionalism and patience
• Basic cash handling skills for processing transactions accurately when required

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
