• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with product information, account management, billing questions, and technical support to ensure complete satisfaction
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant services and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system while ensuring confidentiality and data security
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed

Experience

• Previous experience in butcher environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage for serving diverse client needs
• Proven skills in sales, upselling, or client services enhance your ability to meet performance goals
• Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing proficiency contribute to effective record keeping
• Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette are key to building trust with customers

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
