Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with BPO, non-BPO, or customer-facing experience who are looking to grow their career in customer service.

Qualifications:

• At least High School or Senior High School Graduate

• With 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience preferred

• Candidates without BPO experience are also welcome to apply

• Non-BPO experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, retail, hospitality, or restaurant service is an advantage

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills

• Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions

• Assist customers with account, product, or service-related concerns

• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

• Document customer interactions accurately

• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Escalate complex concerns when necessary

Pay: Up to Php19,500.00 per month
