Customer Service Associate

We are a family-owned Registration Agency looking to add a dependable, positive person to our team in an entry-level office position. If you don’t have extensive office experience, that’s okay — we are happy to train the right candidate.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a casual, supportive office environment while operating as a high-performing small team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and can adapt to both busy and slower-paced days.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming customer calls and making follow-up calls.
• Responding to voicemails, emails, other forms of customer communication.
• Validating information submitted by the customer.
• Preparing and mailing registration and title orders
• Navigating multiple computer programs and office systems
• Assisting customers and supporting fellow team members

Basics of the position:

• Part-time: 20–30 hours per week depending on your family’s needs
• Monday through Friday only (1pm departure on Fridays)
• No nights or weekends
• Pizza on Mondays
• Birthday and End-of-Year Holiday Celebration
• Relaxed/Casual Atmosphere

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
