Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing sales leads, payments, and concerns
• Assist customers with sales processes, product information, and payments
• Manage data entry tasks accurately, including updating customer records and processing transactions such as cash handling when necessary
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new products
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, respectful interactions at all times
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client services and efficient resolution of customer concerns

Skills

• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend products/services confidently
• Experience in customer support or call center environments a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data management and communication
• Effective analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies
• Attention to detail in data entry, cash handling, and documentation processes
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—ensuring clear and professional interactions
