Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a reliable, patient, self sufficient and motivated team player.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reserving/managing airboat tour bookings for the day of or future by phone and in person.
• Answering customer's questions.
• Take cash/credit card transactions throughout the day.
• Using iPad POS system.
• Checking VM and returning phone calls as needed.
• Restocking retail floor.
• Cleaning/restocking bathrooms/retail throughout the day.
