Customer Service Associate

Job Summary

• The Washboard is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-time Attendant who enjoys helping people and providing exceptional customer service. This position focuses on creating a welcoming experience for every customer, assisting with their laundry needs, supporting our Wash & Fold service, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service
• Assist with Wash & Fold orders
• Keep the lobby clean and organized
• Clean washers, dryers, tables, and floors
• Keep restrooms clean and stocked
• Empty trash
• Assist customer with machines
• Report equipment problems
• Restock supplies
• complete opening and closing duties
• Maintain a clean and safe environment

Experience

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are looing for someone who is friendly, dependable, communicates well, and enjoys helping customers. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 36.0 per week
