Customer Service Associate

Job Overview

In this role, employee pulls, sorts, and boxes parts for customer service orders. Orders include cut and sewn parts, cushion cores, cover, and other furniture parts.

Responsibilities

• Collects cut and sewn replacement parts from the sewing department.
• Pulls, sorts and boxes customer service parts for shipment.
• Sorts cushion cores with the correct part to be sent to the cushion department to be filled.
• Bags chaise replacement parts.
• Makes a variety of box sizes to ship replacement part orders.
• Maintains clean work area while working in accordance with Company Safety Pracitices.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Prior experience in manufacturing is very helpful.

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
