Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, billing issues, and troubleshooting to resolve concerns efficiently
• Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office tools and customer management systems
• Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions when applicable
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client communication and uphold high standards of customer service support

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles demonstrating strong communication skills
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in sales or client services that showcases your ability to upsell or cross-sell products
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and documentation
• Technical proficiency in using computer systems, CRM platforms, and troubleshooting software tools
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering positive customer service solutions
• Bilingual capabilities (English plus another language) are a significant advantage for engaging a broader clientele
