Here at Synergent we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our credit union partners, providing support, guidance, and solutions that help them succeed.

What You'll Do

• Build strong, trusted relationships with assigned credit unions.

• Provide timely and accurate support for research, transaction, and software processing inquiries.

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues using available tools, resources, and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Manage incidents, change requests, and project-related activities.

• Stay informed on industry regulations, operational procedures, and product offerings.

Additional Information

This position includes occasional extended hours and weekend on-call coverage to support our credit union partners.
