Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

About the Role

Podium Club is seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Associate to serve

as the welcoming face of our private membership racetrack located within the Attesa

development in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality

experience for members and guests, from first check-in through daily operational support.

The ideal candidate is reliable, positive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced,

customer-focused environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide a positive first impression by welcoming all members and guests upon arrival

 Manage the check-in process, including verifying waivers, issuing guest passes, and

distributing wristbands

 Complete daily opening and closing procedures for the admissions area

 Support the administrative team by selling apparel and processing transactions using a

Shopify POS system

 Assist with apparel inventory management, organization, and merchandising

 Maintain a clean, organized admissions and retail area

 Assist with light facility cleaning and other customer-facing tasks as needed

 Communicate clearly and professionally with members, guests, and team members

Minimum Qualifications

 Must be at least 18 years of age

 Excellent customer service and communication skills

 Professional appearance and demeanor

 Dependable and punctual

 Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset

 Ability to lift 25 lbs or more

 Valid driver’s license

 Ability to work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods, including exposure to

varying weather conditions

 Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

 Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

 Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or member services

 Experience using POS systems such as Shopify

 Comfort working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

 Interest in motorsports or automotive environments

Work Environment

This position involves both indoor and outdoor work at an active motorsports facility.

Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions, high-energy event days, and

loud noise. A strong customer-service mindset and situational awareness are essential.
