Key Responsibilities: Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of our team will include:

• Promptly and accurately respond to emails, chats, and calls.
• Analyze and reply to customers using key language models.
• Connect via chat or email with roughly 70–100 customers daily.
• Provide primary phone support for Trove Brands.
• Find ways to engage in meaningful and impactful ways using our connection model.
• Engage in specialty assignments and project opportunities.
• Advocate for our customer – contributing to the customer voice.

Required Qualifications: We seek employees who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. We’re looking for individuals with a service mindset. These individuals will demonstrate the ability to anticipate problems, offer proactive resolutions, and treat customers with empathy and care. A successful individual in this role will recognize the importance of facilitating meaningful and impactful connections with customers and find meaning and purpose in the role.

For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of 40–60 wpm with clarity.
• Able to perform focused, task-based work.
• Familiarity with Helpdesk software solutions like Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
