Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.
• Follow up with potential customers and generate sales.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with sales and problem-solving abilities.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts.
