Customer Service Associate

Customer Service Associate Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service by answering questions and helping customers understand available products and services.
• Deliver reliable support by listening to customer needs, explaining options, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Participate in customer engagement activities to build rapport, communicate service information, and create positive interactions.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members to help ensure accurate information and a consistent experience.
• Assist with customer inquiries, follow-up activities, and routine service-related tasks while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction, strengthen customer relationships, and meet performance goals.

Customer Service Associate Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop customer service, support, and engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, interact with diverse customers, and contribute to team goals.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is beneficial but not required; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
