CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries, store locations, promotions, and ongoing sales.
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Provide information regarding store policies, return and exchange procedures, and payment options.
• Assist customers with product availability and other shopping-related concerns.
• Coordinate with store personnel and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach at all times.
• Help ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service within the store.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate; college graduates and undergraduates are welcome.
• With or without experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, approachable, and patient.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to be assigned to a mall or department store.
