Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an International Banking Chat Support Process in Noida. Candidates should have excellent written English, strong customer-handling skills, and prior experience in an international BPO chat process.

The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer queries professionally, provide accurate resolutions, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Follow quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure proper grammar, sentence structure, and professional written communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of International BPO Chat Support experience.
• English Proficiency: C1-level written English proficiency.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; maximum acceptable notice period of 0–5 days.
• Candidates with international voice and chat experience may also apply.

Important: Candidates with only domestic BPO or non-BPO experience will not be considered. Relocation candidates are not eligible.

Salary is offered based on relevant experience and last-drawn salary. The final offer is subject to the employer's evaluation and approval.

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face or Virtual, subject to interview scheduling.

Hiring Zone & Cab Facility

• Candidates residing within a 30 km radius of Sector 62, Noida are preferred.
• Cab facility is available within the specified 30 km radius, subject to route eligibility.
• Uttam Nagar and Dwarka are excluded from the hiring zone and cab facility.
