Position: Customer Service Associate

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers look and feel their best. The ideal candidate has knowledge of hair care, hair products, and makeup and can confidently help customers choose products that work best for their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Help customers find the best products for their hair type, texture, and hair-care needs
• Recommend hair care, styling, beauty, and makeup products
• Answer customer questions about products and their uses
• Stock and organize merchandise
• Keep shelves clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with merchandising and product displays
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
• Work as part of a team to provide an excellent shopping experience

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge and interest in hair care, hair products, wigs/extensions, beauty, and makeup
• Understanding of different hair types and textures is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn about new products and beauty trends
• Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Retail or beauty supply experience is a plus, but not required
