We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Fish Bowl. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations based on their needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered.
• Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person.
• Animal husbandry training on site.

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
