Andy Mohr Toyota is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Service Lane Greeter to be the first point of contact for our service customers. This role is critical to creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience from the moment a guest arrives. You will be using a tablet to input customer and vehicle information as they come into the service drive.

What You’ll Do:

• Personally greet customers at their vehicles as they arrive in the service lane
• Create a warm, welcoming first impression for every guest
• Assist with directing vehicles into the service drive and organizing the lane
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth handoff
• Answer basic questions and guide customers through the service process
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and clean service lane area
• Support the service team with additional tasks as needed
