Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face for our customers, providing outstanding support via phone and in person. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help ensure every client receives top-tier service while supporting our daily operations with technical proficiency and organizational finesse.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly, professionally, and with a positive attitude
• Assist clients with inquiries about services, scheduling, and billing in a clear and courteous manner
• Manage customer data entry accurately into our systems using Microsoft Office tools
• Support outbound calling efforts to follow up on service appointments or gather customer feedback
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently when necessary
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to resolve issues effectively

Experience

• Previous call center or customer support experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for client interaction
• Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and computer skills necessary for daily tasks
• Knowledge of customer service problem-solving techniques to address client concerns confidently
• Familiarity with sales or upselling strategies is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
