Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Assist visitors with inquiries and provide accurate information.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and deliveries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
