Customer Service Associate

What Your Day Might Involve

No two customer conversations are exactly the same. You could be answering a general enquiry one moment and helping someone work through a problem the next. The aim is to make sure each customer receives clear information, appropriate support and a professional experience.

You’ll spend your time:

• Responding to enquiries in person, over the phone and through other communication channels
• Helping customers understand products, services and relevant procedures
• Listening to concerns and working towards suitable solutions
• Keeping customer information and interaction records up to date
• Following up on outstanding queries where necessary
• Working alongside colleagues to resolve issues and direct more complex requests to the right person
• Maintaining a helpful, professional approach, even during busier periods

You'll be supported as you learn the company's systems, processes and expectations, giving you the chance to build confidence as you gain experience.
