Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues
• Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting, and account management to foster positive experiences
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
• Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools
• Process transactions such as cash handling or billing adjustments with precision and integrity
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients in multiple languages if applicable

Skills

• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and correspondence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus
• Proven experience in customer support, call center environments, or client services roles
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry tools, and CRM platforms
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities to address customer concerns creatively and professionally
• Phone communication expertise including call handling, phone etiquette, and outbound calling strategies
• Basic cash handling skills for processing payments accurately when required
