Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at The UPS Store in White House, TN.

This is a customer-facing position where you will assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, returns, mailbox services, and other store services. We are looking for someone who communicates well, learns quickly, and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Process UPS and other eligible shipping transactions
• Assist customers with Amazon and other package returns
• Pack customer items safely and professionally
• Help with printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and document services
• Assist customers with mailbox and other store services
• Operate point-of-sale and computer systems
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
• Handle payments accurately
• Keep the front counter and work areas clean and organized
• Receive and organize packages
• Learn The UPS Store products, services, and procedures
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining good customer service
• Complete opening or closing responsibilities as assigned

Schedule

Part-time and/or full-time opportunities may be available. Opening and weekend availability is a plus.

• UPS retail associate : 1 year (Preferred)
• Printing job : 1 year (Preferred)

• Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
