Customer Service Associate

We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate in Montgomery, AL, to help customers with everyday questions, purchases, and service requests. We want someone who can communicate clearly, think on their feet, and make customers feel comfortable asking for help.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Assist customers with questions, product information, and service requests
• Handle transactions, order details, and routine account updates
• Listen to customer concerns and find practical ways to resolve them
• Keep records and customer information accurate
• Follow up on requests that need additional attention
• Coordinate with other team members to resolve issues
• Help maintain an organised, welcoming customer area
• Recognise when an issue needs to be passed to a supervisor

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable speaking with different people throughout the day.

You should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a calm approach to solving problems. Previous customer-facing experience is useful, but candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
