Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote products or services naturally during interactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of customer service best practices including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
• Technical proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
