We are currently looking for energetic, reliable Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to join our New Castle and Wilmington teams.

The Role As a Customer Service Associate, you are the face of Diamond State Car Wash. You will be responsible for warmly greeting customers, assisting them at the pay stations, educating them on our wash packages and memberships, and safely guiding their vehicles into the wash tunnel. Whether you are looking for a flexible part-time role or a stable full-time position with room to grow into site management, this is an active, hands-on job where no two days are exactly the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and assist them at the automated pay stations.
• Clearly explain our wash packages, promote monthly unlimited membership plans, and answer any customer questions.
• Safely and efficiently guide vehicles into the wash tunnel using clear hand signals and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the facility, including the vacuum areas, parking lot, and customer service kiosks.
• Perform basic opening or closing duties, restock supplies, and ensure chemical application rules are followed.
• Monitor tunnel activity to ensure customer safety and report any equipment or anti-collision hardware issues to management immediately.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work actively outdoors in a fast-paced environment and in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for the duration of your shift.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer service, retail, or automotive experience is a plus, but we will fully train the right candidates.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
