Customer Service Associate

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our vibrant team! Duties

• Provide outstanding customer support at the meat counter. Out going personality and able to speak to customers professionally and maintain a friendly well mannered disposition.
• Assist customer with purchases while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and in person communication skills.
• Light raw and cooked food prep.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary.

Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) Point of Sale Products ex:Clover
• Food knowledge is a plus
• Customer service skills
• Food handler certificate must be obtained within 30 days as part of our company food safety training program. We pay for the program simply show up and learn!

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
