Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at GFY Carwash, you will be the face of our business, ensuring that each customer has a positive and satisfying experience. Your role will include welcoming customers, explaining our services, and ensuring the smooth operation of the carwash.

Responsibilities:

• Sell carwash memberships
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their carwash needs
• Explain the different carwash packages and upsell additional services
• Operate the carwash equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments
• Perform regular maintenance checks on carwash equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Friendly and outgoing personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
