Customer Service Associate (CSA) / Therapist

We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled Customer Service Associate / Therapist (Facialist) to join our team. The role combines front desk customer service responsibilities with professional facial, skincare, body, and aesthetic treatments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent client service while providing safe, professional, and high-quality treatments in accordance with Dermcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Handle client inquiries, appointments, bookings, and confirmations.
• Perform facial, skincare, body, and other approved aesthetic treatments when needed.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Explain treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and skincare recommendations.
• Ensure clients are comfortable and properly cared for before, during, and after treatments.
• Maintain accurate client and treatment records.
• Process payments and assist with basic cashiering duties when assigned.
• Assist in promoting Dermcare treatments, services, and products.
• Address client concerns professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Coordinate with branch staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, treatment standards, and customer service procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be a college or vocational graduate, but college undergraduate with relevant experience is welcome to apply.
• Customer service and sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Able to work effectively in a team and handle clients professionally.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules when required.
• Willing to be assigned to a Dermcare branch.

Pay: Php755.00 - Php800.00 per day
