Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Creating tickets for client issues and track the issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
• Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
