Customer Service Associate - Open for Fresh Graduates

Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate management of property availability and reservation status
• Ensures completeness of documents endorsed by the customers prior to hand over to the processing department
• Prompt and accurate input of customer details to the reservation application
• Prompt and accurate processing of all customers reservation application
• Ensures accurate computation of payment schedule
• Proper and timely notification and coordination with the other concerned departments about property reservations
• Prompt response to all telephone calls and redirection to appropriate departments
• Timely response to all customer concerns and inquiries about reservations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4-year course
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mandaluyong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Reservation: 1 year (Preferred)
