Customer Service Associate- The UPS Store

• Full Time - Weekend Availability Required

This is an in-store customer service position with a locally owned The UPS Store franchise. This is not a corporate UPS warehouse/delivery driver position.

We are looking for a dependable, friendly person who enjoys helping others and learning new skills. You'll work directly with customers, helping with shipping, packing, printing, mailboxes, and other business services. We offer a stable, full-time position with opportunities to learn, take on additional responsibility , and grow within the company.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and other services
• Process incoming mail and packages
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy

• Previous retail customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be 18+
