Job Details
- Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Qualification: Graduate preferred
- Experience: Freshers / Experienced
- Shift: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Operations: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Rotational Day Shift
- Training: 2–3 months in 247 rotational shifts
- Post Training: Permanent Day Shift
- Location: Sutherland
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: 18,000 In-Hand
- Experienced: Up to 22,000–23,000 In-Hand
- Travel Allowance
- Performance-Based Incentives
Key Requirements
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Candidates with customer service/sales experience are preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries over voice calls
- Assist customers with UK car dealership-related enquiries
- Provide appropriate solutions and information
- Identify sales opportunities and support business requirements
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
