Customer Service Associate -- Work from Home

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle a high volume of, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer needs.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in Any environment with focus on Customer Support role.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in handling international voice process (US/UK) with strong accent reduction skills.
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Grad/Under grad freshers are welcome. Immediate joiner only.
