Customer Service at Café area in Wellness Studio

About the role

The Café Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in the café area of the wellness studio. The role includes welcoming guests, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining café cleanliness, handling orders and payments, and supporting daily café operations while ensuring a warm and premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders and provide information about café products, drinks, and promotions
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, matcha, smoothies, and other menu items according to standard recipes
• Take orders, process payments, and issue receipts accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the café counter, preparation area, equipment, and seating areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when supplies need replenishment
• Recommend products and encourage add-on purchases
• Record daily sales and report cash or payment discrepancies
• Monitor product expiry dates and minimize waste

About you

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a café, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred
• Experience preparing coffee, matcha, or smoothies is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic English communication skills; Thai fluency is preferred
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Interested in wellness, healthy drinks, and lifestyle products
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the studio schedule

Benefits

• Base salary: THB 18,000 per month
• Monthly KPI incentive: THB 2,000 upon achievement of agreed monthly targets
