Customer Service Attendant

Job Descriptions:

• Actively offer additional assistance, anticipate the customers’ needs, and create enjoyable moments in order to exceed the customers’ expectations and create memorable experiences for them
• Provide warm welcome and bid farewell to guests in the lobby in order to make them feel belong when they arrive at and leave the mall.
• Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sudirman
• Shift hours.

Job Requirements:

• At least SMU/SMK graduated
• Minimum has one year of working experience in related field
• Service oriented
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• High teamwork spirit
• Preferable from same industry
