Customer Service Attendant

About the role

The Customer Service Attendant (CSA) is the face of the car wash and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The CSA is responsible for welcoming customers, explaining wash packages and memberships, assisting customers with the wash process, maintaining a clean and safe property, and helping ensure efficient vehicle flow through the site.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service to every guest
• Answer customer questions about wash packages, memberships, promotions, and services
• Assist customers who are unfamiliar with the express wash process
• Resolve basic customer concerns and complaints professionally
• Escalate complex customer issues to the Assistant General Manager or General Manager
• Thank customers for visiting and encourage them to return
• Explain the benefits of the car wash membership program and actively promote monthly memberships to qualified customers
• Process customer transactions accurately and operate the POS system and payment terminals
• Handle cash and electronic payments according to company procedures
• Follow all cash-handling and security procedures
