About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Call Agent to join our dynamic team recruited by Agensi Pekerjaan ES2000 Sdn Bhd. As a Customer Service Call Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their enquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This is a contract position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Answering incoming calls from customers and providing professional, courteous, and efficient customer service
• Handling a wide range of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Providing support and assistance to the wider customer service team as needed

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with customer service software and databases an advantage
• Someone empathetic - empathy matters more to us than years of experience.
