• Mon-Fri, 10am-7pm

Responsibilities

• Managed a high volume of phone calls, online platform enquiries, and social media messages while maintaining high service quality and performance standards
• Responded to customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Scheduled and coordinated customer appointments based on availability and requirements
• Handled customer complaints and followed up to ensure timely and effective resolution in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintained a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and attentive service
• Liaised with relevant teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues effectively
