Customer Service Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

• Must be able to know all details of the menu and daily operations.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Previous experience in food service, retail, or sales is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset
