Customer Service Centre Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Annual Salary: 78,400 – 95,000 RON gross a year

About The Role
As a Customer Service Centre Specialist, you will be responsible for the professional handling of customer orders and for ensuring a smooth end-to-end order fulfillment process. You will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as customers and play a key role in delivering an efficient and high-quality customer experience.
This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong systems proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders in the local ERP system in line with internal processes and guidelines
• Review and Ensure order details such as product codes, quantities, prices, and other relevant specifications
• Ensure accurate and complete order entry in the system
• Work closely with the Commercial Team and customers to clarify order specifications and special requests
• Supporting shipment including coordination with customers and service Providers
• Contribute to the achievement of business objectives through proactive coordination and cross-functional collaboration
• Support process improvements by providing ideas, feedback, and suggestions to enhance efficiency and quality in order processing

Qualifications:

• University degree and fluent English skills
• Experience in customer service and/or order management
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and metrics
• Customer-focused, proactive, and accountable mindset
• Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional, and fast-paced environments
• Positive team player with strong collaboration skills
• Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• German or Spanish language skills, B2B manufacturing experience, and occasional travel flexibility are an advantage
