Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice support professionally and efficiently.
• Provide prompt resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer concerns with empathy and accuracy.
• Maintain quality standards and achieve process KPIs.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of BPO Customer Support experience.
• Experience in E-commerce Customer Support is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 Level).
• Must be comfortable working rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month

Freshers - 30k CTC , 25k in hand

Shift Details

• 5.5 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs
• Night shifts applicable as per business requirements.

Transportation: Candidates: One-sided cab facility available during odd hours.
