Position: Chat Process Executive

Experience: 6months–1 years

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat support in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain proper communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while maintaining response quality.
• Follow company processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and response-time targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.

Requirements:

• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• prior chat/customer support experience will be an advantage.
