Customer Service (Chinese/Mandarin) | E-commerce Platform

What you'll do:

• Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally
• Update customer information on the system
• Perform other assigned support tasks

Requirements:

• Chinese Language Proficiency (HSK Level 5 certificate or higher) . Applicants without an HSK certificate will be required to complete the company's language assessment process
• Chinese Typing Skills: Minimum 45 words per minute (WPM) using the Chinese Pinyin input method.
• English: B1 level

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts with 2 days off/week
• Working hours: 9 hours/shift, including 1-hour break - No overnight shifts
